By registering for AlertHub - QC District 2, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, do not register for this service.

2. Service Description

AlertHub is an emergency alert system for residents of Quezon City District 2, including the barangays of Holy Spirit, Batasan Hills, Bagong Silangan, Payatas, and Commonwealth.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Update your information promptly when changes occur
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share false or misleading information through the system

4. Emergency Communications

By registering, you consent to receive emergency alerts, warnings, and notifications via SMS, email, or other communication methods you provide.

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The system relies on this data for emergency response planning and notifications.

6. Vulnerable Persons

If you identify as a vulnerable person (PWD, senior citizen, pregnant, chronic illness), additional services and priority assistance may be provided during emergencies.

7. System Limitations

AlertHub is designed to assist during emergencies but cannot guarantee complete safety or timely notifications in all situations. Always follow official emergency instructions.

8. Termination

The city administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the system.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and Quezon City ordinances.

• Personal identification information (name, birthdate)
• Contact information (mobile number, email, address)
• Residential information (barangay, house number, street)
• Vulnerability status (if applicable)
• Account credentials (username, encrypted password)

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Emergency alert dissemination
• Disaster response planning
• Evacuation center assignment
• Vulnerable person identification for priority assistance
• System administration and verification

3. Data Protection

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Regular security audits and updates
• Secure transmission of sensitive information

4. Data Sharing

Your information may be shared with:

• Quezon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (QCDRRMO)
• Barangay officials of your registered location
• Emergency response teams during disasters
• Healthcare providers if medical assistance is needed

We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

Your information is retained as long as you are a resident of QC District 2 and actively using the service. You may request account deletion when you move out of the district.

7. Emergency Exceptions
