If you identify as a vulnerable person (PWD, senior citizen, pregnant, chronic illness), additional services and priority assistance may be provided during emergencies.
AlertHub is designed to assist during emergencies but cannot guarantee complete safety or timely notifications in all situations. Always follow official emergency instructions.
The city administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the system.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
